7. Plans and limits
The plans

There is no trial plan: you start on the free plan and move up when you need more. The three paid plans have the same features. They differ only in the number of products and stores. There are no fees on your sales.
UNVERIFIED: buying a plan online (the payment page and how the license key arrives) was not part of this walkthrough.
What counts as a store
One store = one domain, whatever platform runs behind it (Magento or another one). The "Stores" column above is the number of different domains one license may be used on.
- A subdomain is its own store.
shop.example.comandexample.comare two stores;m.example.comis a third. - One leading
www.is the same store as the bare domain.www.example.comandexample.comcount as one store. Only that one label is merged:shop.example.comstays separate. - Capital letters and a dot at the end do not matter:
WWW.EXAMPLE.COM.isexample.com.
A license that is already activated on a domain keeps working and is never counted twice. If you reach the limit, the plugin tells you that the key has no free store left (see article 2).
What the free plan means in daily use
- You can search, import and publish up to 30 products.
- Pricing rules (article 4) and Risk settings (article 5) work as on the paid plans.
- Prices and stock are not refreshed automatically. Use Refresh price and stock now on the Settings page when you want an update. It can be used once every 10 minutes, and it works in small batches; if AliExpress is limiting requests you see a friendly message and the next press continues where it stopped.
- At the checkout the plugin asks AliExpress for the real shipping price, as on the paid plans (article 6). Your fixed shipping table by country is only the fallback for when AliExpress cannot be asked.
What the paid plans add
Automatic price and stock sync. Live AliExpress shipping prices at the checkout are in every plan, the free plan too. Your own price on the import list still always wins. Growth and Pro give more products and stores, not more features.
What happens when the license ends
The plugin pages become read-only again. Your products stay in your shop. AliExpress access stops working until the license is valid again.
Limits that come from AliExpress
AliExpress limits how fast an app may ask. The plugin works in small batches and pauses when it is told to slow down. The permission you give AliExpress ends about 60 days after connecting; reconnect before then.
