The service

GetDropFlow is a software extension for Magento 2 that helps you import supplier products and sync orders. It runs on your own server.

Billing and renewal

The free plan has its own limits and does not expire. Going beyond those limits, or using the features that are not part of the free plan, requires an active paid subscription. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars through Stripe. Your card or payment method is charged automatically every month, at the monthly price of your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the Manage subscription page. After you cancel, no further payment is taken and your license keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it stops. If a renewal payment fails, your license keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then it stops; it works again once a payment succeeds. If you go beyond your plan's limits, the extension does not add new products beyond the product limit and a store beyond the number your plan covers cannot be activated, until you upgrade; the products already in your store are not deleted. If we raise a price, we will e-mail you at least 30 days before it applies to you; if you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Refunds are described in the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your store, your products, your listings, your customer service, and for complying with the laws, marketplace rules and intellectual property rights that apply to what you sell. You are responsible for paying suppliers yourself.

Third-party services

The extension connects to third-party services such as AliExpress using your own account. Their availability and terms are outside our control and may change.

AliExpress features and our gateway

AliExpress requests from the extension pass through our gateway and use our AliExpress developer application. If AliExpress suspends or changes that application, or the gateway is unavailable, the AliExpress features may stop working. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension on the stores covered by your plan while your license is active. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the extension or your license key.

Suspension

We may suspend or end a license if a payment is disputed or reversed (other than a refund we gave you), if the license key is used for more stores than your plan covers, or if the gateway is used abusively or against the rules of a third-party service. We will tell you by e-mail.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES. Risk screening is a helper and cannot guarantee that a product is genuine or lawful to sell. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time (see Billing and renewal). Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not return a payment that was already made, and your license keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will e-mail you at least 14 days before they apply; if you do not agree, cancel before then. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
